The force of gravity is not just a pull. It is also a force that takes you with it, like a swimmer in an ocean current.

Everything made of matter is always giving off energy as EMR. EMR, electromagnetic radiation, is energy that travels at the speed of light in tiny packets called photons, in every form from radio waves and heat to visible light, X-rays and gamma rays. The Sun is the brightest example, but it is not the only one. Every planet, every stone, all matter gives off EMR, each in its own measure, according to what it is made of. The more matter that gathers, the brighter and hotter it becomes. The more diverse the matter’s composition, the more complete the spectrum it radiates.

That outpouring of photons, together with neutrinos and other particles, fills all of space with a glowing sea. It is called the Ether Plenum.

Near its source the glow is brighter and denser, and it presses with greater force. It is like the ocean, which presses harder the deeper you go.

And every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Swim in the surf: the water at the top is driven one way, and the water along the bottom runs back the other way, directly beneath it. None of that water is made or lost, so whatever is carried out has to return, and it returns underneath the flow that carried it. That is the undertow. The glow does the same. Currents of EMR energy flow their glowing energy outward and fill all of space with a sea of glowing ether, in ever greater waves going out to sea. Because the glow conserves itself, an equal return runs back in toward the source, beneath the outgoing stream. It is called the Radiative Undertow.

Those photons do not travel flat. They spin, like a screw, and so do the neutrinos. Every spinning photon that passes through matter works like a fastener driven through two boards. Its force drives them together, and the more fasteners, the greater the clamping force.

That clamping force carries matter toward the source of the EMR, the way the current carries the swimmer. It is the force we feel as our weight, and the force we have always called gravity. This new description of gravity is what we are calling NeoGravity.

Space is occupied

A faint hiss fills every cubic centimeter. By E = mc² it weighs 4.6 × 10⁻³¹ kg per cubic meter. Measured, not assumed.

Matter drives it

Everything above absolute zero radiates, and that radiation carries spin as well as push. Beth measured it in 1936.

The Plenum pushes back

Newton's third law. The returned load is inward, and it weakens as 1/r² because spheres do.

Light slows, so light bends

The compressed Plenum is denser near mass, giving light a refractive index n(r) = e^2GM/rc². Same reason a straw looks bent in water.

The 1887 Michelson–Morley experiment ruled out a still medium you could drift through. It did not show space was empty, and a century of physics has been finding things in it ever since.
